New Delhi, Sep 9(IANS) Tourists coming to the capital during the Commonwealth Games will be able to use a hop-on, hop-off bus service to be launched on the International Tourism Day Sep 27, an official said Thursday.

Managing Director of Delhi Tourism Corporation (DTC) Reena Ray said: 'The bus service to be popularly called 'HoHo' will have elaborate routes and will help tourists roam around the city.

'It will ply on elaborated routes divided in three sectors based on availability of historical monuments, markets and eateries,' Ray informed.

The bus service will also have a tourist guide to inform the travellers about the various famous places on the route.

'Initially, 15-20 low-floor AC buses will run and the number will be increased based on the response,' a government official added.

The government will start open-roof tourist bus service after the Commonwealth Games.
